ACTA is back and this time they're hellbent on making sure it will get passed this time. Get the word out immediately and do not let this happen:

Petition signed, for whatever it's worth. Somone sure is hell bent on getting this passed.

Not that I can not see where Japan is coming from with this, but the existing laws are sufficient. It's just the JP IP rights' holders don't give the impression that they care enough about their properties to go after the major sites that are offering the bootleg content.
