McD Steak / Blitz Box

McDonald's is adding something new to their menu in only a few select areas as of now but maybe if they do well there these ideas will soon be available in other areas. One new item is a steak breakfast sandwich and the other new item is a "blitz box" with several different McD menu items together. Sounds tasty.
