I'd say Wren if we're talking about the PSIV version, since he's a fast android (much much faster than PSIII's version of Wren) that can move swiftly. Rudo, on the other hand, isn't that fast from what I recall. Also, Wren's much stronger than Rudo is.

When it comes to the weapons and things like that, Wren would win, hands down. He comes with many powerful skills, too.

Again I have to agree with you. You have to give credit to a guy that survived through two Phantasy Star games. When you combine Wrens amazing prowess with the gun and his insane defense, you end up with a tank.

I imagine Wren (either one) would have better aim, and so would be able to shoot the exposed parts of Rudo. Wren is totally armored though, so Rudo's shots wouldn't have as much effect.
