Wild Horse roundup

Postby Silver_Surfer1 » Wed Dec 9, '09, 5:53 pm

The US government plans to roundup and move about 25,000 or so wild horses, supposedly to help keep them from starving:

Some celebrities and others are against doing this, though.

What do you think? Is this a good plan for the horses, or not?

If the horses really are in danger of starving, then something certainly needs to be done. The article says some people don't believe that, but doesn't offer any proof one way or the other. At this point it's just one person's word against another's, so I can't really say if it's a good idea or not.

It's surely a better move than killing some of the mustangs as they were planning, though.
