This is Sinah from Atlin's fanfic/ roleplay Phantasy Star Story. Hope you like his clothing design, Atlin. ^^ I'll do Vince as soon as I get a proper design into my head. :D

Very well done. His clothing and armor looks just like something one might see in a Phantasy Star game.
