Tetris

Fun game, and very fast at times! I believe there are several versions of this game also. I'm pretty good on the first one. It's fairly easy. Good way to practice your speed and quicken your reaction time.

Haha, yeah... I'm good at it for a bit, but eventually it gets too fast for me.

The original form of Tetris is the best. I tried a newer version on the Nintendo 64 and didn't enjoy it much at all. Give me the Game Boy or NES versions any day!

I used to have a fan-made version on my scientific calculator. I played that all the time between classes. It was a great way to pass the time.

Oh, you know what's fun? There's a similar game called Bejeweled. I first played it a few years ago on Msn.com's game area. It was moving these little jewels around to make matches. It's not exactly a copy of Tetris, but it's in the same vein and just as fun.

It's funny you should mention that. I bought a CD of Bejeweled at Walmart a couple of weeks ago. I used to play it all the time. It was very addicting. It's still fun, but it doesn't have the same charm for me now.

I love Bejeweled, almost as much as tetris. I think I finished the first bejeweled about as far as you could go.

Does anyone know how many different variations of "Bejeweled" and "Tetris" that are out now? I thought I saw mention of a new Bejeweled game online the other day but lost that link before I had time to click on it.

There's about a billion versions of Tetris. I think it's been released on every gaming console and handheld in some form. Bejeweled has the original, Bejeweled 2, and a version called Bejeweled Twist. There might be more, but Twist was the last one I saw in stores. The game gets old after a while, so I stopped paying much attention it.
