The next big comic book superhero movie is going to be Iron Man, coming out next spring. There's a trailer out already. Is anyone looking forward to it as much as I am? That trailer was awesome - it looks like this will be a really great adaptation of the character.

I've never been a big fan of Iron Man. The concept of the character is good - who doesn't like power armor? - but I didn't like some of things they did with the guy in the suit. Still, the trailer does look really good. I'll probably give this one a chance.

I also saw a trailer for this Iron Man movie and was very impressed with it. Robert Downey, Jr., was a huge surprise as someone playing this role, but I think he will do wonders with it. He looked really good in the trailer. He is a superb actor, I think, but his personal life troubles have kind of overshadowed his acting genious at times, I feel. I am really looking forward to this movie.
Hey, are there any super heroes they haven't made a movie of, or thought of making a movie of, yet? This seems to be the way to go in Hollywood these days.

I just saw a preview clip of the new "Ironman" movie yesterday on TV, so that means that it is soon coming to theatres. This movie looks GOOD! I can't wait to see it. I think Robert Downey, Jr., is going to be awesome in this one.
I don't know too much about the Ironman comics or saga or story, or whatever, but I did read a few of the comics years ago. Of course, like everything else, I image his story has changed greatly since those days.
Anyone else looking forward to this movie?

The "Ironman" movie held a premiere in New York City recently:

Also, for fans of actor Robert Downey, Jr., who plays Ironman in the new movie, I think I saw on tv today where he will be on The Late Show with David Letterman tonight (4-29, Tuesday). Should be interesting.

I was just reading some previews of the opening of "Ironman", and it makes the movie sound even more fabulous. I can't wait to see this one! If anyone else sees it, let us know what you think of the movie.

I saw it over the weekend. It was pretty good. It didn't have that much action (excepting a few scenes of course), but it was fun to watch.

From all I've read, "Ironman" did extremely well at the box office this past weekend and took in over $100 million, I believe. It has already spawned rumors of a sequel:

Sources I read say that Ironman continued to do very well over the second weekend, and maybe even still finished in #1 place. This movie is doing better than anyone hoped for.
