Although it's a good bit off yet (May 6, I think) I heard on the news this morning that former President Bill Clinton is already making visits in NC on behalf of his wife, Hillary's, campaign.
North Carolina is probably the next big Primary after the Pennsylvania Primary. Should be interesting.

So far the news reports have Obama expected to win in North Carolina. We'll see how it goes, I guess.

If I heard right, North Carolina has over 100 delegate votes up for grabs.
Should be interesting.

Heard a bit more about North Carolina Primary yesterday that makes it sound even more interesting.
Some people are waiting to see if perhaps former candidate and Senator, John Edwards, may endorse one of the current running candidates during the North Carolina stop, as it is his hometown.
I've heard reports that John Edwards wife, Elizabeth is in favor of Hillary Clinton's health plan, so it will be interesting to see if perhaps Mrs. Edwards may come out for Mrs. Clinton in any way.
Some news reporters say that Mr. Edwards may not endorse either of the two currently running candidates as he may not want to hurt his possible chances of being chosen as a VP running mate or other important cabinet position by whoever wins. That's a smart move.
Both of the currently running candidates have visted Mr. Edwards at home during the past several months.
Also, I heard yesterday in the news that almost 50 former supporters of John Edwards were now giving their endorsement to Barack Obama.
So, this could get very interesting in North Carolina!

The Governor of North Carolina has publically given his endorsement to Hillary Clinton. So, we'll see how, if anything, this effects the race in North Carolina.

Well, today is the big day in North Carolina elections. By tonight we should know who will win the state and the delegates there. From all I've heard, Obama is still expected to win. Clinton hopes to do well there, and some say she may pull off an unexpected win, but that is mostly doubtful, I think.
I've also heard that Obama has picked North Carolina as the place to hold his victory celebration tonight, if there is one. He hopes to win Indiana as well, but Clinton is expected to do extremely well there.
