April 19th is National Garlic Day!

Anyone here love to eat garlic in your foods, etc.?

I love garlic but rarely eat it. I also love the smell of it.

A family member also planted some garlic in a small garden several years ago and it still comes up every year.

And, does anyone remember those old scary, horror movies where they wore garlic to stop vampires, etc., from bothering them. I wonder if that really worked.

I can't stand the smell, so no, I don't eat it.

As for vampires... well, you'd need some vampires around first! If you have those, garlic is the least of your worries. ;)

I could only ever eat it when it wasn't apparent, like garlic bread is only good if its more bread and butter than garlic.

You represent... apathy. You don't really show any emotion. You can be considered cruel and cold, but you just don't really care about anything. This is just the way you are... you're quite a challenge to get close to, and others may perceive you as boring.
Zeus was the Greek excuse for having no logical explination for lightning. Hades was for the death that baffled them. Posiedon tore apart at their shores. So Athena must have explained the people who didn't believe in the gods.

Can't say I've heard of that one before. What sort of things do they have there?

At the garlic festival all the food has garlic in it. Some of the more bizarre foods were garlic soft serve ice cream and chocolate. There are also normal things like beef and chicken.

garlic ice cream - yuck - don't think i would like that. garlic has such a strong smell that it sometimes makes me ill.
