Today, April 11, is Eight Track Tape Day!

Anyone remember those old Eight Track Tapes? For those of you who are too young to know, they were how people listened to music years ago, before the CD, etc., was ever used.

Eight Track Tapes were invented by William Lear, the same guy who invented the Lear Jet Plane!

It is amazing how the world of music has progressed in recent years. And, it's a good thing to. You can still find those old Eight Track Tapes around in various places though, especially yard sales and flea markets, etc.

Anyway, happy Eight Track Tape Day! And, if you've got 'em, play 'em today, lol!

I used to have some of those, a few years ago. I wonder what I ever did with them. I've covered a lot of my cassette tapes and CD to digital, so I wonder if I could do the same with those. Hmm...

We still have a functional collection of tapes here. Dunno what they were supposed to do. I still remember the phonics tapes that I listened to as a little brat.

You represent... apathy. You don't really show any emotion. You can be considered cruel and cold, but you just don't really care about anything. This is just the way you are... you're quite a challenge to get close to, and others may perceive you as boring.
Zeus was the Greek excuse for having no logical explination for lightning. Hades was for the death that baffled them. Posiedon tore apart at their shores. So Athena must have explained the people who didn't believe in the gods.
