Downloads Section Open to Submissions

I have opened the Downloads section to submissions from community members. This means if you've created your own wallpapers, save games, fan games, etc., you can now upload them in the Downloads section under their proper category.

Submissions will have to be approved before they become visible to others, but all submissions are welcome. Just remember the Participation Guidelines apply to all submissions, just as if they were board posts.

I'm also open to suggestions for new Download categories, if someone has a download they'd like to submit that doesn't fit into one of the existing categories.
