Here is Siren, general of Orakio and deadly enemy of all Layans! Some call him "the Red Death," due to his distinctive hair color and rampage against the kingdoms of Rhys and Lyle. A deadly foe by all accounts, but particularly impressive as he even managed to find his way onto the North American box art of Phantasy Star III.
